Our mission is to provide full construction support – from initial contact, receipt of tender, start on site to completion of project on all our residential and commercial projects.
3D SCL is part of the 3D Personnel Ltd group, established in 2017 to meet the growing demand for the refurbishment and cut & carve markets in Dublin City. Since established 3D SCL have build on their knowledge and expertise in successfully and safely delivering hundreds of stripout/structural alteration packages for our Principal Contractor clients.
3D SCL are also an established house builder taking on complete new builds from site clearance to handover or extensions and renovations in existing properties. We have successful carried out numerous projects throughout Ireland including the delivery of 88 units in Midleton, Co Cork and numerous individual private houses in Donegal for one off clients.
Our aim is to provide our clients with a safely delivered project, on time, ensuring value for money, build trust & lasting relationships and become a dependable supply partner.
3D SCL is headed up by Hugh Byrne (Commercial Director) and his brother John Byrne (Construction Director) with both having over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry both in the UK and Ireland.
